Scott Ellis Gardens - St Johns Wood

At the end of 2016, we refurbished this 3 bed apartment situated next door to Lords Cricket Ground.

As part of the full rewire, a new electrics cupboard was made, the intercom system was upgraded and a new wireless fire detection system was installed.

The lighting design was also put together by Nest Electrics.

 

Golden Square, Studios - Soho

In the Summer of 2015, Nest Electrics was chosen to not only install the electrical system for these elegant contemporary apartments located in the heart of Soho, but to also design and manage the whole electrical and media setup.

As part of the install we fitted, Fire Alarms, Fire Misters, Paxton Door Entry System, BPT Intercom, LED Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Wifi and TV systems.

8 Studios were completed and we are due to complete another 8 in summer 2017. 

Location 63 - Kensal Green

Location 63 is an Edwardian family home in Kensal Green. Nest Electrics completed the full rewire on time with maximum impact and with an extremely low budget.

Golden Square, Penthouse - Soho

This penthouse in Soho was converted from an outdated office to a modern clean feel living space.

We designed, installed and commissioned this project and are in the process of refitting 12 other apartments in the same building.

Melbury House - Holland Park

Situated next to Holland Park - This project took over 2 years to complete, renovating 3 flats over 6 floors back into one residance. The electrics comprises of Paxton entry system, full modern lighting, CCTV, aircon, underfloor heating, multiple home cinema setups and custom made face plates, as well as some funky bathrooms.

Wimpole Street - London

One of our first major projects was on this large building in the heart of the capital. This extensive project included a partial rewire to keep original features in place. 6 new bathrooms were refitted, a gym, cctv, security entry system using Paxton technology and a loft conversion.
